Clay Works is developed by Dreamscape Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy describes how we handle information when you use our Android app. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@dreamscapestudio.fun.
The following is saved locally using Android’s standard app-storage APIs and is never transmitted to us:
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of this data.
We use Google AdMob to show ads. To request and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and sends to Google:
Google acts as an independent data controller for the information it receives through AdMob. Their handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services notice.
When the app is opened in regions that require consent (EU, UK, Switzerland, and similar), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask whether you agree to personalised ads. If you decline, AdMob will show non-personalised ads instead, which still require a limited subset of the data listed above (mainly approximate location from IP, and contextual signals).
You can change your choice at any time from the app’s settings screen.
When the app is downloaded, installed, or crashes, Google Play independently collects standard delivery and stability data (such as install counts and crash stack traces). This is handled by Google under their privacy policy; we only see aggregated, anonymised reports in our Play Console.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
The only third party we share data with is Google, specifically:
We do not share data with advertising networks other than AdMob, and we do not use SDKs from Facebook, ironSource, AppLovin, Unity Ads, or similar third-party services.
Clay Works is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the equivalent age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact privacy@dreamscapestudio.fun and we will delete it.
Game data on your device is protected by Android’s app-sandbox model. Network traffic between the app and Google’s servers (ads, consent, install reporting) uses HTTPS/TLS by default. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Google may process AdMob and Play data in the United States and in other countries where Google maintains infrastructure. Where required, Google relies on transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, surface a notice inside the app on the next launch. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
